How do I delete a form and what happens when I do?

You can permanently remove a form and all of its data from your account. This action cannot be undone.

What Happens When You Delete a Form:

• The form is permanently removed from your "Manage Forms" dashboard.
• All submission data collected by that form is permanently deleted.
• The form's QR code and link will no longer work.

Step-by-Step Instructions:

1. Log in to your Tiger Form account.
2. Go to the Dashboard: Navigate to the "Manage Forms" page from the left panel. Or click your profile picture on the top-right, and choose from the dropdown.
3. Locate the Form: Find the form you wish to delete.
4. Click the Delete Icon: In the "Form Actions" column, click the trash can icon (Delete Button).
5. Confirm Deletion: A warning pop-up will appear stating, "This process cannot be undone." To proceed, click the "Delete" button.
