How do I delete my forms and submission data?

You have control over deleting your forms and the data they have collected.


Deleting an Entire Form:

This action permanently removes the form and all its associated submission data.

  1. Log in to your Tiger Form account.
  2. Go to the Dashboard: Click your profile icon and select "Manage Forms".
  3. Locate the Form: Find the form you wish to delete in the list.
  4. Click Delete: In the "Form Actions" column, click the trash can icon (Delete Button).
  5. Confirm: A warning pop-up will appear to confirm this action, stating that the process cannot be undone. Click "Delete" to permanently remove the form.

Deleting Individual Submissions:

This allows you to remove specific entries without deleting the entire form.

  1. Go to Submissions: From the "Manage Forms" dashboard, find your form and click the "Submissions" button.
  2. Select Submission(s):
    • To delete one entry, click the three dots icon (⋮) at the end of its row and select "Delete".
    • To delete multiple entries, check the boxes next to the submissions you want to remove, click the "Actions" button at the top of the table, and select "Delete".
