How do I unsubscribe or delete my account?
To Unsubscribe from a Paid Plan:
To cancel your paid subscription and avoid future charges, you must contact customer support. They will process the cancellation for you.
To Delete Your Account:
Deleting your account is a permanent action that removes your data.
- For Paid Users: It is highly advisable to first email customer support to unsubscribe from your plan. This ensures all billing is stopped before you delete your account.
- For All Users: You can proceed with deleting your account, once any subscriptions are handled.
Step-by-Step Instructions to Delete Your Account:
- Login to your Tiger Form account.
- Go to Your Account Settings: Click on your profile icon in the upper-right corner and select "Settings".
- Navigate to Your Account: This will open the "Your Account" page.
- Find the Delete Option: On this page, you will find the option to "Delete account".
- Confirm Deletion: Follow the prompts to permanently delete your account and all associated data.
