How do I share my form with others?
Once your form is ready, you can easily share it with your audience. Every form has both a scannable QR code (scan code) and a direct web link. You can use the link for sharing online, for example, if you want to link your form to your website.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Log in to your Tiger Form account.
- Go to the Dashboard: Navigate to the "Manage Forms" page from the left panel. Or click your profile picture on the upper right and choose from the dropdown.
- Find Your Form: Locate the form you want to share.
- Click the Share Icon: In the "Form Actions" column for that form, click the Share icon (three small circles connected by two lines, forming a shape like a sideways V.)
- Choose a Sharing Method: A pop-up window will appear with the following options:
- Copy the link: This is the most versatile option. It gives you a direct URL to your form. You can use this for link sharing anywhere, such as embedding it on your website, adding it to a newsletter, or pasting it in a chat message. This is how you can link your form to your website.
- Share on social media: Quickly post your form to various social platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Pinterest, Reddit, WhatsApp).
- Send via email: Distribute your form directly to recipients' inboxes.
Essentially, to turn your scan code into a link for sharing, you just need to copy the form's direct URL from the share options.
