How do I manage all my forms from the dashboard?

The TIGER FORM dashboard (the "Manage Forms" page) is your central control panel for all form-related activities. From here, you can create, edit, monitor, and analyze all of your forms.


How to Access the Dashboard:

  1. Log in to your Tiger Form account.
  2. Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner and select "Manage Forms".

Key Dashboard Features:

  • Top-level Metrics: At the top, you can see the Total Number of Submissions and Total Number of QR Code Scans across all your forms.
  • Create Form / Choose a Template: Start a new form either from scratch or by using a pre-designed template.
  • Form List: The main area of the dashboard lists all the forms you have created. For each form, you can see:
  • Form Details: A thumbnail preview, the form's name, and the last modified date.
  • Form Actions: Buttons to Edit Form, view Submissions, Delete the form, or Share it.
  • Date Created: The date the form was originally created.
  • Submissions & Scans: The number of submissions and QR code scans for that specific form.
  • QR Code: A preview of the form's QR code, with a Download button and a Settings button for advanced options.
