How do I view, manage, and export form submissions?
You can access and manage all the responses and answers submitted through a specific form directly from the dashboard. All the data is collected and stored securely in the "Submissions" area for each specific form. From there, you can view the data online or download it for offline use.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Log in to your Tiger Form account.
- Go to the Dashboard: Navigate to the "Manage Forms" page from the left panel. Or click your profile picture on the upper right and choose from the dropdown.
- Find Your Form: Locate the form whose submissions you want to view.
- Open Submissions: In the "Form Actions" column for that form, click the "Submissions" button.
- Manage Submissions: You will be taken to the submissions page, which displays all responses in a table. Here you can:
- Search and Filter: Use the search bar to find specific entries.
- Add Submission: Manually add a new submission on behalf of a respondent. This is useful for offline data entry.
- View/Update a Submission: Click the "eye" icon (👁️) to view a single submission in detail. You can also edit the information in the submission and save the changes to ensure data accuracy.
- Export Submissions: Click the "Actions" button. You can choose to export "Selected" submissions or "All Submissions" to a CSV file for analysis in other programs like Excel or Google Sheets.
- Delete Submissions: You can delete individual submissions using the hamburger menu (⋮) next to each entry, or select multiple submissions and delete them via the "Actions" button.
