The "White Label" feature allows you to replace the default TIGER FORM URL with your own custom domain. This makes your forms appear as if they are hosted directly on your own website, providing a fully branded experience for your clients and users.
Step-by-Step Instructions to Set Up a Custom Domain:
- Log in to your Tiger Form account.
- Go to Advanced Settings: Click your
Profile icon > Settings > Advanced Settings. - Select White Label: Click on the "White Label" option.
- Enter Your Domain: In the provided field, enter your full custom domain (it must start with
https://). - Verify: Click the "Verify" button. Your domain will be added to the list with a "Pending" status.
- Update DNS Settings: To change the status from "Pending" to "Active," you must complete a verification step with your domain host (e.g., GoDaddy, Namecheap). TIGER FORM will provide you with DNS records (like a CNAME or A record) that you need to add to your domain's DNS settings.
- Wait for Propagation: After you update your DNS settings, it can take anywhere from a few minutes to 48 hours for the changes to propagate across the internet. Once verified, the status in your TIGER FORM account will change to "Active," and your forms can be accessed via your custom domain.
