How can I track and analyze my form's performance?

TIGER FORM's built-in Data Analytics allows you to track how people interact with your form, from scanning the QR code to submitting their responses.


How to Access Data Analytics:

  1. Log in to your Tiger Form account.
  2. Go to "Manage Forms" page.
  3. From the dashboard, find your form and click the "Settings" button under the QR code preview.
  4. Select "Manage QR Code".
  5. Click on the "Data Analytics" tab.

Two Main Analytics Sections:

1. Scans Analytics: Focuses on how the QR code itself is being scanned.

    • Scans Over Time: A chart showing the number of total scans and unique scans over a selected period. This helps you see peaks in engagement.
    • Scans by Device: A breakdown of the devices used for scanning (e.g., iOS, Android, Desktop).
    • Top Scan Locations: A map and list showing the cities and countries where your QR code was scanned the most.

2. Submissions Analytics: Focuses on what happens after the QR code is scanned.

    • Submissions Over Time: A chart showing the number of forms submitted over a selected period.
    • Submissions By Device: A breakdown of the devices used to complete and submit the form.
    • Top Locations: A map and list showing where your form submissions are coming from.

You can filter all analytics data by location and time period (e.g., this week, this month, custom range) and export charts and data as images (PNG/SVG) or CSV files.
