How do I create a custom "Thank You" page or redirect users after submission?
The "Customize Response" feature (a paid feature) allows you to personalize what respondents see immediately after they submit your form. This creates a more professional and branded experience.
How to Set Up a Custom Response:
- Log in to your Tiger Form account.
- Go to "Manage Forms" page.
- From the dashboard, find your form and click the "Settings" button under its QR code.
- Select "Customize Response".
- A pop-up will appear with two options:
Option 1: HTML Thank You Page
This option lets you create a custom confirmation page using a rich text editor.
- How it works: You can build a page from scratch, adding text, images, videos, and even custom code snippets. This is perfect for displaying a branded "thank you" message, providing next steps, or offering a download link.
- To use: Select the "HTML Thank You Page" option and use the editor to design your page.
Option 2: Redirect
This option lets you automatically send respondents to another webpage after they click "Submit".
- How it works: You can redirect users to your website's homepage, a specific landing page, a blog post, or an upsell page.
- To use: Select the "Redirect" option and paste the full URL of the destination page into the provided field.
