How to create an online quiz?

Creating a quiz doesn’t have to be complicated. With TIGER FORM, you can easily build quizzes for education, training, lead generation, or engagement.

You can create a quiz in two ways:

  • From Scratch – manually build your quiz
  • Using the AI Form Builder – generate a quiz automatically

Before You Start

Make sure you have a TIGER FORM account.

Method 1: Create a Quiz from Scratch

Follow these steps to manually create your quiz:

Step 1: Open the Form Builder

Log in to your TIGER FORM account and click the Form Builder icon or Create Form button.

Step 2: Enable Quiz Mode

Toggle the Quiz Mode slider to activate quiz features.

Step 3: Add Quiz Details

Enter your:

  • Quiz title
  • Header or description
  • Additional fields (if needed)

Step 4: Add Questions and Answers

  • Input your questions
  • Add answer options
  • Set the correct answer(s)
  • Assign points to each question

Step 5: Configure Quiz Settings

Go to Quiz Settings to customize your quiz:

  • Scoring – set passing score or distribute points
  • Timing – add a time limit (minutes, seconds, or hours)
  • Behavior – shuffle questions, show results, etc.
  • Feedback – add pass/fail or custom messages

Note: Some features are available only on paid plans.

Step 6: Publish Your Quiz

  • Click Create Form or generate a QR code
  • Test your quiz to ensure everything works properly
  • Share your quiz with your audience

Method 2: Create a Quiz Using AI Form Builder

Use AI to quickly generate a quiz:

Step 1: Access AI Form Builder

Log in and click Form Builder or Create Form, then navigate to the AI Form Builder.

Step 2: Enter Your Prompt

Describe your quiz in the input field.

You can use keywords like:

  • quiz
  • test
  • scored form
  • self-assessment

Step 3: Review the Generated Quiz

Once the form is generated:

  • Check all questions and answers
  • Ensure scores are correctly assigned

Important: AI-generated content may contain errors. Always review before publishing.

Step 4: Customize Quiz Settings

Go to Quiz Settings to adjust:

  • Scoring
  • Timing
  • Behavior
  • Feedback messages

Note: Some advanced features require a paid plan.

Step 5: Publish and Share

  • Click Create Form or generate a QR code
  • Test your quiz
  • Share it with your audience
