How does the TIGER FORM monthly subscription work?

How it Works

• Your subscription starts on the day you purchase it and lasts 30 days.
• Example: If you purchased a plan on September 10, it will be active until October 10.
• All premium features stay active during this time.

🔹 Auto-Renewal

• Subscriptions renew automatically each month on your purchase date.
• No action needed unless you want to cancel.

🔹 Canceling a Subscription

• To cancel, email us at tiger-form@qrtiger.helpscoutapp.com 3–5 days before your renewal date.
• Your plan won’t renew, but your forms and submissions will stay available for up to 1 year.

🔹 Manual Renewal

If your subscription expires:

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to Settings, then My Plan.
3. Click Renew/Upgrade and complete payment.
4. Your plan will restart instantly with all premium features.
