How can I set my form's QR code to expire on a specific date?
This is a paid feature available on the Professional Plan and higher. Setting an expiration date is useful for time-sensitive campaigns, events, or promotions, as it automatically deactivates the QR code on the date you choose.
Step-by-Step Instructions:
- Login to your Tiger Form account.
- Click your profile picture on the top-right and navigate to the "Manage Forms" page.
- Find Your Form: Locate the form you want to set an expiry date for.
- Go to Advanced QR Settings: Click the "Settings" button under the form's QR code preview and select "Manage QR Code".
- Enable Expiry Feature: Find the "Advanced QR Code Features" section and click the toggle to enable the "Expiry" feature.
- Select Date Option: You will see three ways to set the expiration. Select the "Date" option.
- Choose the Expiration Date: A calendar will appear. Click on the date you want the QR code to become inactive.
- Save Changes: The setting is saved automatically. After the selected date, anyone who scans the QR code will not be able to access the form.
The form expiration feature allows setting an expiration based on a specific date, but it does not support setting an expiration based on a specific time.
