How do I upgrade my plan or change my subscription?
When you register, you are automatically enrolled in the freemium plan. To access more advanced features and increase your limits, you need to upgrade to a paid plan.
Step-by-Step Instructions to Upgrade:
- Log in to your Tiger Form account.
- Go to Billing: From the homepage, click on your profile icon in the upper-right corner of the page. A dropdown menu will appear. Select “Billing”.
- Review Your Current Plan: On the billing page, you will see your current plan details, including form limits and the number of entries you can accept per month.
- Initiate Upgrade: To change your plan, click the “Change Plan” button.
- Choose a New Plan: You will be redirected to the pricing page. Here you can see all available plans offered by TIGER FORM:
- Freemium
- Starter
- Business
- Professional
- Enterprise
- Select and Purchase: Review the features of each plan and choose the one that best fits your needs. Follow the prompts to complete the payment and upgrade your account.
